Study on the Determination Method of Cast Blasting Stockpile Forms in an Open-Pit Mine

Cast blasting–dragline stripping technology is the most advanced mining used in open-pit mines. For a long time, however, its precision has been hindered. In this paper, we aim to improve of cast and promote intelligent design. We present method determine blasting stockpile forms. First, 3D point cloud data for Heidaigou mine from recent years were collected counted, mathematical model overcasting steps was constructed. Then, classification multivariate statistical analysis establish characteristic parameter database. Next, locally weighted linear regression as fitting achieve shape under different step heights. Finally, interval estimation result test verify morphology acquired form. The research results show that form obtained by can truly reflect effect ensure reliability accuracy subsequent design technology.
